JW Installations in house electrical department design and build electrical control panels for grain driers, milling, mixing or any other agricultural or industrial applications. We also refurbish existing control panels, incorporate existing handling equipment into new or existing control panels and carry out general site electrical work and wiring.

Our control panels are built using 'hard wire' technology rather than printed circuit boards. Although circuit boards are relatively inexpensive for initial construction, failure or fault development  requires specialist equipment for repair. On a hard wire control panel, any qualified electrician will be able to identify problems, get the parts from a local supplier and carry out the repair.
The obvious advantage using this method of construction is the reduction in general maintenance costs however more importantly the reduction in down time, should any failure occur is critical both in industrial and agricultural applications.

Whatever the application our control panels are set out to give the operator a clear visual representation of the controlled plant during operation. Our control panels clearly show active sectors and display any warnings to protect the produce being processed from any damage.
